Booking and Payment:

1. Bookings are confirmed only after payment of the full Deposit is made.

2. The guest must make the payment at the time of booking.

3. In case of cancellation, refunds will be subject to the cancellation policy mentioned below.

4. A security deposit of 50% of total rental cost is required at the time of booking and will be refunded within 7 days after the checkout.

5. A 3% fee will be added for all Credit Card transactions.

 

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation made more than 90 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.

2. Cancellation made between 60 and 90 days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.

3. Cancellation made less than 60 days prior to the check-in date receives no refund – unless unit can be rebooked for same duration and cost.

 

Check-in and Check-out:

1. Check-in time is after 4 PM local time, unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Check-out time is prior to 8 AM on the day of departure.

3. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and confirmation.

 

Lodge Rules & Regulations:

1. Smoking / Vaping is strictly prohibited inside the lodge units.

2. Pets are allowed inside the units’ entryway only and under no circumstances allowed in the bedrooms, living rooms or on the furniture. Additional cleaning charges will be deducted from the deposit if these rules are found to have been violated.

3. No parties or events are allowed on the property.

4. The lodge/unit must be left in the same condition as found, including all furniture and amenities.

5. Guests must respect the quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.                         

6. No cleaning of fish or game is allowed in the units, please use the game cleaning station provided.

7. Alcohol consumption is allowed by those of legal age only. The legal age for North Dakota is 21.

 

Liability and Insurance:

1. The lodge owner is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur during the stay.

2. Guests are responsible for their own safety and security.

3. All units are lockable – lodge /owner is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

Amenities:

1. The lodge has a Game Cleaning Station which must be used to clean ALL fish & game.

2. Bed linens, towels, hand soap and dish soap are provided.

3. The lodge has outdoor grilling facilities for guest use.

4. Freezer facilities are available for guests’ fish & game – packages must be sealed and clearly marked with the owner’s name, contents and date. All items must be removed at the end of the guest’s stay.

5. Complete kitchen facilities available in each unit: Stove, Refrigerator, Micro-wave, Coffee maker, Pots and Pans, Dishes and Utensils.

 

Maintenance and Repairs:

1. Any damages to the lodge or its contents caused by the guest or pet will be charged to the guest.

2. Guests must inform the lodge owner immediately of any damage or malfunctions.

3. The lodge owner has the right to enter the premises to do repairs or maintenance, with prior notice to the guest.

 

Governing Law:

1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the city, county and state where the lodge is located.

2. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
